About Me
LaKesha Buggs-Hall, Ed.S., NCSP
LaKesha Buggs-Hall is a licensed, nationally certified School Psychologist with 22 years of experience working in education. As a wife, mother, and lifelong advocate for students and families, LaKesha brings both personal passion and professional expertise to every aspect of her work. Much of her career has been dedicated to serving urban and inner-ring suburban school districts, where she collaborates with educators and families to ensure every student is seen, heard, and supported.
Her experience spans public, private, and charter schools, virtual and in-person settings, and students from preschool through high school. She is energized by working with others to solve problems, build systems of support, and help both students and educators succeed.
LaKesha founded PEEC Support Services to respond to the increasing pressures faced by schools and the growing needs of families. As an independent contractor, she remains committed to providing high-quality, compassionate services that empower others—without sacrificing well-being. Her goal is to help educators and families find balance while creating environments where students can thrive emotionally and academically.
Grounded in the belief that meaningful change starts with understanding and collaboration, LaKesha approaches her work through careful needs assessment and problem-solving. She conducts comprehensive evaluations, provides counseling and interventions, supports educator development, and ensures that families feel informed and included at every step.
She is especially passionate about system-level change through MTSS, PBIS, and equity-driven practices. For LaKesha, every partnership is an opportunity to strengthen the educational experience for everyone involved.
"When equity, advocacy, and collaboration guide our work, students, families, and educators are not just supported—they are empowered to thrive."
